MoSIP Dialer is a professional Android VoIP application supporting multiple SIP accounts with advanced codec support. This guide covers everything from first install to advanced configuration.
Installation
Download the MoSIP APK from our Downloads page or from the Google Play Store. If installing the APK directly, you may need to allow "Install from Unknown Sources" in Android Settings → Security.
Initial SIP Account Setup
Open MoSIP → Menu → SIP Accounts → Add Account. Enter your credentials:
- Account Name: Descriptive label (e.g., "iTelVoIP Primary")
- SIP ID: username@sip.itelvoip.com
- Password: Your SIP password
- Server: sip.itelvoip.com
Tap the green checkmark to save. A green indicator confirms successful registration.
Multi-SIP Account Management
MoSIP 2.5+ supports up to 10 simultaneous SIP accounts. Add additional accounts following the same process. Use the account switcher in the dialer to select which account to use for each call.
Codec Configuration
In Menu → Settings → Codecs, we recommend enabling: Opus (highest priority), G.722, G.711u. Disable G.723 and iLBC for best compatibility with iTelVoIP servers.
Background Registration
To receive inbound calls when the app is in the background, enable Keep Alive in Settings → Network. For Android 8+, also disable battery optimization for MoSIP in Android Settings → Battery.
